Our Karwick Village will include twelve 500-square-foot homes laid out in four buildings of three units each.

Our homes will be 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, and a front porch!

​

The homes will face each other with shared open spaces in between them. 

This fosters a sense of community with plenty of gathering places.

​

There will be a Community Center where co-op members can gather for a community dinner or hold a co-op meeting. 

Once the village is open, resident will decide on other design elements such as gardens, fire pits, bike racks and

how to use the beautiful wooded area at the back of the property.
